Step-by-step help for registration, shopping, shipping tracking, reviews, referrals, and support.
- Keep the email address and phone number you register with handyâyouâll need them for activation and order updates.
- Your account is only fully active after you verify using the codes sent to your email and phone.
1) How buyers register on the platform
- Open the registration page and complete the Register form (first name, last name, email, and other required details).
- Submit the form. After signup, verification codes are sent to your email and phone.
- Enter the activation codes to verify your account, then log in and shop.
2) How to request an activation email resend
- On the âRegistration Successfulâ page, click Resend activation email.
- Enter the email address you used during registration and submit.
- If you still donât receive the email, confirm the address and check spam/junk, then request another resend.
3) Shopping categories and how to use them
FitMyStyles groups products into clear categories so you can shop the way you want:
A. Tailor Made Products
- Select Tailor Made Product from the category list.
- If enabled, choose optional Men/Women Tailor-Made variations (these can change final price).
- For kids-tailored items, select the correct age range if age-based pricing options appear.
B. Accessories
- Select Accessories from the category list.
- Choose variations (size/color/etc.). Variations can affect stock and price.
- If you select an option with a price override, the override replaces the base price.
C. Materials
- Select Materials to shop fabric or raw materials sold by sellers.
D. Kids Age Pricing (when available)
- Some kids products show optional pricing per age group.
- If the product asks for a kids measurement or age range, the price may change based on that selection.
4) How to track your shipping
- When the seller ships your order, youâll receive a message with a tracking number and sometimes a tracking/label link.
- Use the tracking number on the carrierâs website, or open the provided tracking link.
- You can always check order status by logging into your account.
- For DHL-powered shipping, the platform stores the tracking number/label link and fetches delivery updates.
5) How to leave a review
- Open your order details page after purchase.
- Click Leave A Review (if you havenât reviewed the item yet).
- Submit your rating and written feedback. Your review will appear on the order page.
6) How to use the referral system
- Share your unique referral link from your account page.
- Your friend registers using your link or enters your referral code at checkout.
- After their first completed order, they receive a discount and you receive referral credit.
- Track rewards and earnings on the referral settings page.
7) How to contact FitMyStyles
- Use the Contact Us page for official contact details (office address + admin@fitmystyles.com).
- On mobile, the contact page provides a support email (contactus@fitmystyles.com).
- Order confirmation emails also indicate you can reply directly if you need help.
