3) Seller responsibilities

Fulfill orders promptly and use approved shipping methods (currently integrated via DHL).
Provide transparent refund and return information.
Do not use the Platform to advertise or solicit outside transactions.

4) Buyer responsibilities

Provide accurate shipping and payment details.
Avoid abuse of refund, return, or dispute systems.
Respect sellers and artisans, avoiding harassment or unreasonable demands.
